Nootelligence Review – Scam or Legit?

Nootelligence Focus Enhancing Shot

Nootelligence is a nootropic dietary supplement designed to increase cognitive function, memory and focus. Nootelligence is packaged in 2-ounce bottles available in packs of four, eight, twelve, or twenty-four. A four-pack retails for $11.95 directly from the manufacturer. Nootelligence was created for busy students and professionals, adding nootropic benefits compared to existing energy drinks on the market.

How Nootelligence Works

The producers of Nootelligence claim to use natural ingredients in their product. Nootelligence includes Acetyl-L-Carnitine, an antioxidant purported to improve memory and focus; L-Theanine, to improve cognition and induce calmness; Alpha GPC and NALT, both nootropics with purported effects on focus and memory; as well as green tea extract, Panax ginseng, caffeine and a number of B-vitamins. All of these ingredients have been studied for their nootropic qualities. Unfortunately, the exact dosage of each ingredient is not disclosed.

Nootelligence is recommended for use before studying, during work, or before strenuous physical or intellectual activity. The benefits of Nootelligence last about six hours, and Nootelligence may be used up to twice in one day. Nootelligence is delivered in a two-ounce liquid shot, though a smaller portion may be taken.

I took one two-ounce shot of Nootelligence shortly after a light breakfast. I felt its effects almost immediately: a marked increase in energy and enthusiasm, on the level of several cups of coffee in a single shot. I felt wide-awake and ready to work, and did feel that my level of focus increased once I had settled on a specific task. Though I felt extremely alert the nootropic benefits felt harder to quantify; my energy and resulting enthusiasm, however, made work go by smoothly and rapidly. I would hazard that I felt somewhat more creative after taking Nootelligence.

The shot itself was easy to ingest and not unpleasant. As far as taste Nootelligence is comparable to similarly packaged energy enhancing supplements and drinks. I found that drinking a glass of water after taking Nootelligence helped me deal with the initial shock of the sudden boost in energy.

I felt jittery and a little distracted shortly after ingesting Nootelligence; these effects settled once I had started to work. Throughout my day I noticed myself foot-tapping often and occasionally getting distracted with new ideas and projects. I would not say that I felt calm as an effect of Nootelligence. I had slight trouble sleeping the night after taking the supplement, after a short “crash” around early evening during which I felt somewhat moody and tired.

Because there is little information about this product and its particular combination of nootropic ingredients, long-term effects are unknown. Conjecturally I worry about long-term effects on mood and physical health and possibly dependence.

Would I Recommend Nootelligence

Everyone’s body is different. Personally, I felt satisfied that Nootelligence lived up to its promises and helped me feel alert, focused, creative and energetic. As with any dietary supplement, there may be certain risks, and a consultation with a doctor may be a good idea. Compared to similar energy-supplements available, Nootelligence appears to be a worthwhile choice.
