We’ve been testing Whole Body Transformation by Whole Body Research the past few weeks.

I’ve tried and reviewed a lot of Weight Loss products in my day. But my interest in them is unique.

Back to the Whole Body Nutrients. This product is what really ties everything together. It’s a shake that delivers all the protein of your current supplement. But since you drink two shakes a day as meal replacements, it is also packed with all the essential nutrients, vitamins, minerals and amino acids your body needs to stay energized for your workout and build lean muscle.

Each shake has only 160 calories so Whole Body Nutrients will eliminate 2000 calories  day from your diet per day.

Pro-tip: When I tested this shake,  I had the chocolate. You just mix it with water and it seriously tastes like Mexican hot chocolate. I have never used a powdered product that tastes this good. That’s one of the most important reasons why I love this product. There’s no need to up the calories by mixing it with milk or peanut butter to mask the flavor.


1. Replace two meals a day with a Whole Body Nutrient shake. (I found it easiest to replace breakfast and lunch.)

2. Take three capsules of Garcinia Cambogia 30 minutes before your biggest meal. (Obviously, I did this before dinner)

3. Take three capsules of Green Coffee Extract during lunch. (This makes a lot of sense because the caffeine will be out of your system long before bed.)
